ESE/Zebra-Tech recently remediated a garden center/florist facility which included assessment and design phases that concluded contaminated soil removal was the most efficacious cleanup measure. Soils removed from the site were transported to a permitted offsite disposal facility. Several unregistered USTs were discovered during the site remediation, which were reported to the NYSDEC and properly decommissioned.
